At the time this web site was prepared NWEC Development, LLC (NWEC) submitted a permit request with the State of Florida for sixteen boat slips that can be purchased by Indianola on the Water condominium owners. When permitted, these slips will be complete with fresh water, power and cable.

At this writing, NWEC, makes no representation that slips will be offered and makes no representation regarding the cost of the slips.

If an owner who has purchased a boat slip sells their condominium, they must also sell their boat slip. No one can own a boat slip without having condominium ownership.
